Reiki is a Japanese word which means 'Universal Life Force Energy' and it is this energy which is present in all living things and which helps keep us healthy and alive.The more of this energy we have available within our bodies the healthier we feel and the quicker we heal.

During a treatment Reiki energy is channeled into the body of the client who relaxes fully clothed on the treatment table. The client then makes use of the energy in whatever way is needed to assist healing be it spiritual, emotional, mental or physical.
