In Shamanic Healing I work with the essence of universal shamanism, an ancient form of healing with roots extending to many cultures within the world. Shamanism is as relevant today as at any time in the past.

I use shamanism and shamanic techniques both to help others and in my own personal development.

Areas of shamanic work offered by me are:

During treatments I often combine Shamanic techniques with Reiki to help with areas such as etheric cord removal, or removal of intrusions.

Drum, rattle & singing bowl/Sound Healing

The vibration of these instruments can be a very powerful way to help clear the energy field, shift blockages and assist healing. The drum and rattle are also used in shamanic practice to help shift consciousness.

Each instrument has a different purpose and place in my healing work. I may use them on their own or in combination with another therapy.

 A whole sound healing session, can be used to provide healing, with various instruments being played over the body, changing vibration and bringing healing both within the physical and energetic body, as the the changing vibration clears energetic imbalances.

It is also possible for me to use instruments e.g the singing bowl combined with Reiki to assist healing.

Journeying

Journeying in shamanism is where the shaman enters an altered state of consciousness to work with spirit guides or helpers to seek information. This information can then be used to help with healing. During a hands on treatment I journey on your behalf to find out what it is you need or need to know. Anything I discover is then either used in your healing or passed on to you at the end of your treatment.

I can also help you to learn journey and find answers for yourself. This can be done through a workshop or a number of healing sessions.

Soul Fragment Retrieval

When we are faced with traumatic events, in our lives we can lose part of ourselves in the process. This is called soul loss. It is our way of protecting ourselves and helps us survive difficult situations.

These can be situations such as accident, surgery, injury, abuse, heavy disappointment, or bereavement but can also be what seemed traumatic at the time due to our age for example.

Soul fragment retrieval usually takes place during a hands-on session but can also be done through journeying.

Etheric Cord Removal

We all have etheric or energetic cords which connect us to the people in our lives, people we have some kind of relationship with. Most of these cords are healthy but sometimes we develop unhealthy relationships or have difficulty letting go of relationships that have ended.

Unhealthy and unfinished relationships can really drain our energy so having these cords removed from the body can help us regain our full energy and in some cases, to move on.

I work with you to help you visualise the unhealthy cord and then assist them in fully removing the cord and returning it to its rightful owner. Once the cord is removed I work with Reiki and light to completely fill the vacuum left behind.

During a cord removal as with all shamanic healing, you are fully clothed and laid on a treatment table. A cord removal session usually takes a full two hours.

Removal of Intrusions

Sometimes it can feel as if there is something physically in the body even though we have been told there is nothing there. This may be felt as a discomfort or pain.

I work with visualisation and tourmaline crystal to help free the intrusion from the body to enable healing to take place. Reiki may be used to relax you both before and after the intrusion has been removed.

Power Animal Retrieval

We are all born with a power animal or totem animal and during our lives have other power animals who bring their energy to help us. Sometimes we lose contact with these spirit helpers and a power animal retrieval can help reconnect you with them so that they can work with you to support you.

During a power animal retrieval I journey on your behalf, connect with your power animal and then return it to you energetically. Discussion and advice are also given following this to help you develop your connection.

Treatment Time

Most shamanic healing sessions take 90-120 minutes including consulation
