Reiki Certificated Course
Reiki Training
Reiki 1 (First degree Reiki - The Usui System of Natural Healing)
This is a two-day course, usually taught over a weekend although weekday and one-one courses can be provided.
Reiki is a wonderful therapy to learn, as the main focus of Reiki is self-healing. Learning Reiki gives us a way to access the universal energy that is all around us, so that we can use it to maintain and improve our own health as well as to help friends and family. All of this is possible after Reiki 1.
The main aim at Reiki 1 is to teach you how to use Reiki to enrich your life through self-treatment so that you may leave with a tool to carry with you and use in your life on a day to day basis.
Reiki 2 (2nd degree Reiki - Usui System of Natural Healing)
Although Reiki 1 gives you everything you need to work with Reiki many students chose to continue and do Reiki 2 at some point in their lives. The minimum time between Reiki 1 and 2 is three months although it is important that you come to Reiki 2 when you are ready for it, not just because it is there.
On a personal level Reiki 2 will help you to deepen your knowledge and experience with Reiki. The focus of Reiki 2 is on the sending of Reiki as a form of distance healing to another person, to heal the past or assist the future.
At present Reiki 2 is the level which is needed should you wish to work as a Reiki practitioner and is required by most insurance companies before they will give you cover.
If you have not studied Reiki at level 1 with me you will be asked to provide a copy of your Reiki 1 certificate before the course.
Reiki Master Training
I teach Reiki Master over a year although this may be a little less, or a little more depending on the individual student. It is a comprehensive training with assistance at Reiki 1 and 2 courses, self healing and self development all being part of the course.
